With the Optimus Prime Costume be a leader, be a commander, and lead your Autobot friends to victory over the evil Decepticons. Optimus prime is the main fictional character from the Transformers franchise. He is the leader of the benevolent and heroic transformers from the Cybertron planet. Cybertron is now destroyed and transformers are fighting the Decepticons, the evil transformers, to regain control of their home land and revive it back to life from destruction. Optimus is a just and righteous transformer which are essential qualities of a good leader. Other autobots respect and follow Optimus because of his good heart, decisiveness and the absolute resolve to win their struggle for survival. His motto is "We will out out the fires of evil". He started as an ordinary civilian but was later identified and appointed as the supreme leader of the autobots by the Autobot Matrix of Leader also known as the Creation Matrix. Bumble Bee and his brother and partner Ultra Magnus help the Autobot leader in crucial times of need during their fights against the Decepticons. Optimus is usally depicted as a tractor, Cybertronian truck (in several comics), a cobra sentry missile system tank, Peterbilt truck, a dump truck and a Dodge Ram SRT-10. The weapons of his choice are the Energon-axe and the ion blaster. His weapons may not be the best out there but he more than compensates for the lack of fire power with his bravery. In the Transformers - Revenge of the Fallen 2009 movie Optimus prime is killed by the Megatron but is then revived with the help of the ultra spark.
